At KFB, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our food products. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at contact@kfbnigeria.com. We will make every effort to resolve any issues and ensure your complete satisfaction.

Refunds will be issued for any products that are spoiled or damaged upon delivery. In order to qualify for a refund, please provide us with a photo of the spoiled or damaged product within 24 hours of delivery. Once the refund has been approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products that are not spoiled or damaged.
